Fee Change Log
A public record of every fee change behind SellKitHub's calculators — what changed, when, and what the rate was before.
How this log works
- Every rate on SellKitHub is taken from the platform's own official fee schedule — never from another calculator site or blog.
- The full schedule is re-verified every quarter, and again whenever a platform announces a fee change.
- When a rate changes, we update the calculators and the fee schedule pages, and add an entry here showing the date, the platform and the old rate → new rate.
- Entries are never edited after the fact — if a platform reverses a change, that gets its own entry.
The log
| Date | Platform | What changed |
|---|---|---|
| Oct 21, 2026 | All platforms | Launch baseline — every rate on SellKitHub verified against the platform's official fee schedule (Etsy, eBay, Amazon, TikTok Shop, Shopify, PayPal, Stripe). |
New entries are added above the baseline as changes are confirmed against an official source.

Frequently asked questions
How often are the fees on SellKitHub checked?
Every rate is re-verified against the platform's official fee schedule at least once a quarter, and again whenever a platform announces a change. Most platforms announce fee changes around the new year, so January gets a full extra review.
What happens when a platform changes a fee?
Once the change is confirmed on an official platform page, we update the central fee file that powers every calculator, update the fee schedule pages, and add an entry to this log with the old and new rates.
Can I see what a fee used to be?
Yes — that is what this log is for. Each entry keeps the previous rate next to the new one, starting from the October 21, 2026 launch baseline.
