We read every message and aim to reply within a few days. If you are reporting a fee that looks wrong, please include the platform, the numbers you entered, and a link to the official fee page you are comparing against — fee reports with an official source are acted on fastest.
What to write about
- Fee corrections — a rate that has changed on Etsy's, eBay's, Amazon's, Shopify's, PayPal's or Stripe's official schedule.
- Bug reports — a result that looks wrong, a page that does not load, a layout issue on your device.
- New calculators — tell us the platform and the calculation, and we will consider adding it once its fees are verified against the official source.
- Privacy questions — see our privacy policy first; anything unclear, just ask.
